A leading hospital in Qatar is inviting applications from experienced Ambulatory Care Managers to oversee and enhance outpatient services, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care across all clinics.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Manage daily operations of outpatient and ambulatory care services.
- Lead and supervise nursing and administrative teams to ensure smooth workflows.
- Implement patient safety, quality assurance, and clinical excellence standards.
- Monitor patient flow, scheduling, and resource utilization to maximize efficiency.
- Develop and enforce policies in line with Qatar Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) guidelines.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support teams to improve patient outcomes.
- Analyze data and prepare reports to support operational and strategic decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in patient satisfaction and service delivery.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Location: Qatar
- Setup: Hospital / OPD
- Working Hours: 48 hours per week
- Shifts: Day duties
- Contract Period: 2 years (renewable)
EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ambulatory/outpatient care management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with QCHP/MOPH regulations and healthcare quality standards.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
Gross Salary:
QAR 18,000 – 25,000 per month (Inclusive of Basic Salary, Housing, and Transportation)
