Our client, a leading healthcare facility in Dubai, is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) with experience in ICU, Emergency Department (ED), NICU, Paediatrics, Medical & Surgical, Operating Theatre (OT), or OBGYN (Labour Experience). Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in assigned specialty, ensuring safety and adherence to clinical protocols.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team for optimal outcomes.
• Assist in medical procedures and emergency interventions as required.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations.
• Offer compassionate support to patients and families, addressing concerns with professionalism.
• Uphold hospital infection control and patient safety protocols at all times.

Working Conditions

• Shifts: 12-hour shifts, 48 hours per week.
• Contract Duration: 1-year renewable.
• Probation Period: 6 months.
• Visa & Licensing: Assistance provided.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
2. Valid Nursing License in Home Country
3. Minimum 2 years of experience in one of the following specialties: ICU, ED, NICU, Pediatrics, Medical-Surgical, OT, or OBGYN (Labour Experience).
4. Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.
5. Strong clinical skills, ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 8,000 – 8,500 per month.
