Our client, a leading healthcare facility in Dubai, is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) with experience in ICU, Emergency Department (ED), NICU, Paediatrics, Medical & Surgical, Operating Theatre (OT), or OBGYN (Labour Experience). This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled nurses looking to advance their careers in a dynamic and high-quality medical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in assigned specialty, ensuring safety and adherence to clinical protocols.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team for optimal outcomes.
- Assist in medical procedures and emergency interventions as required.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations.
- Offer compassionate support to patients and families, addressing concerns with professionalism.
- Uphold hospital infection control and patient safety protocols at all times.
Working Conditions
- Shifts: 12-hour shifts, 48 hours per week.
- Contract Duration: 1-year renewable.
- Probation Period: 6 months.
- Visa & Licensing: Assistance provided.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid Nursing License in Home Country
- Minimum 2 years of experience in one of the following specialties: ICU, ED, NICU, Pediatrics, Medical-Surgical, OT, or OBGYN (Labour Experience).
- Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.
- Strong clinical skills, ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 8,000 – 8,500 per month.
- Medical Insurance: Provided.
- Annual Leave: As per UAE labor law.
- Flight Tickets: Provided annually.
