Note 2: Employment gaps of over three (3) months are not allowed.

Ensure your active health license is issued by the health authority in the same country as your employment certificate and covers your specialty or subspecialty. Make sure the license is valid and up-to-date.
Note: If you’ve worked in multiple countries during the past year, include additional licenses in the Additional Documents section.

A Certificate of Good Standing issued within the past three (3) months by a medical authority, council, or order of physicians, confirming a clean professional record with no malpractice.

Ensure your Surgical Logbook for the past year, showing a variety of major cases, including procedure name, date, and number of cases. It must be signed, stamped, and issued on official letterhead by the Medical Director or Department Head.
